The Plural Civil Society of the COMESA PLUS Countries has a legal framework which is made up of its Statute and its Rules of Procedure (See the Statute and Rules of Procedure in annex). Also, as the Pan-African Agency for the Promotion of Made In Africa Products constitutes its Sub-Project, there are specific Internal Regulations for the Agency.
